ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing GmbH specializes in ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s licensing business. It provides clients with licenses and promotional rights for successful in-house station and program brands like “Galileo,” “Germany’s Next Topmodel,” and “The Voice of Germany.” The company covers the entire value chain of license exploitation for TV programs, cinematic highlights, and third-party rights, such as “Danger Mouse” and “The Big Bang Theory.” As a lifecycle company, ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing aims to have a suitable franchise for every target group in the portfolio and to implement the topics with a uniform franchise strategy. Its duties involve not only developing and positioning license brands, but also product design and development, as well as project planning for integrated 360° concepts. Starwatch Artist Management GmbH (SAM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Starwatch Entertainment GmbH. SAM is a specialist full-service agency for all areas of artist management. The company supports both established artists and new talents on their way into the entertainment industry.

SevenPictures Film GmbH is a 100-percent subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland GmbH and co-produces up to five German films for theatrical release per year. It focuses on high-quality cinematic material, which finds its target audience first in cinemas and then on TV. Under the framework of co-production, SevenPictures is involved both in the development and production of cinema projects while regularly acquiring TV broadcast licenses to be transferred to the stations ProSieben and/or SAT.1.
