The electronic signature at ProSiebenSat.1 is based on legally binding procedures for the signature of contractual documents.

For electronic signatures, ProSiebenSat.1 works with DocuSign and D-Trust/Bundesdruckerei (authentication of qualified signatures via sign-me).

The contact within your company will receive an e-mail from DocuSign on behalf of ProSiebenSat.1. Clicking the link in the email will take the signatory to the document, which they can then sign

You will receive the documents for either "simple electronic signature" or "qualified electronic signature" depending on classification. This classification takes place in accordance with "eIDAS" Regulation ((EU) No 910/2014).
